ALUX Opens 'Coding Robot Creator Classes' in Spaces Lowering the Coding Education Barrier"

[Baby Times = Reporter Jang Seon-hee] As the importance of IT education for nurturing future talent is rising, new spaces and experience programs that will lower the threshold for children to enter coding are opening, attracting the parents' attention.
ALUX, Korea's leading robot specialized edutech company, announced that it has opened Acestar Coding's coding cafe 'Coding Robot Creator Class' as part of its business to expand B2C education.
Recently, the 'coding cafe' culture, where children can enjoy various computer programming in one space, is spreading in the United States and other overseas countries, and Alux utilizes experiential teaching aids so that children can experience coding as a form of play and provide flexible thinking specialized for future education. They designed a coding cafe that would provide opportunities for such training.
ALUX is expanding the B2C market in earnest by creating a new business space where people can enjoy actual coding robots in a play-like manner by utilizing public spaces outside of Dasan Direct Campus classrooms, where regular classes are held.
AXtar Coding's 'Coding Cafe' is a strategy designed to support each franchise in generating additional profit and promote mutual growth by introducing its design to branches nationwide, starting with the Dasan Campus. The ambition is to provide a niche care program full of quality coding education content for children and a springboard for enjoyable coding experiences for children.
In the meantime, ALUX has been expanding the base of the edutech market as a company with a domestic and international education network and integrated robot education solution. Last March, they launched AXtar Coding, a coding education academy where you can learn to code, experience specialized in-depth courses linked to the subject outside of school, and build a diverse portfolio to help you find your career path. This launch set the stage for full-scale B2C business expansion.
The class content consists of core educational content that infers regular academy classes. The program is divided into 'Play with Robot,' which focuses on experiential activities so that children can choose according to their needs, and 'Star Coding Class,' directly run by professional instructors. Classes are held regularly every Saturday, and one can apply for them through Naver reservation.

In the future, ALUX plans to expand the base of coding robot education by operating various classes, including AXtar Coding Academy, so that children can experience AXtar Coding's professional creative convergence education model.
Lee Da-in, CEO of ALUX, said, “This Coding Robot Creator Class program provides coding education and a space where they can trust their children for parents concerned about developing their children’s IT capabilities. It also provides children with the skills they need for the future through coding and robots.
“The goal is to provide a ‘coding culture’ space where all capabilities can be developed,” she said. “ALUX will continue to carry out various activities to help develop the potential IT capabilities of children who will lead the future.”
