ALUX joined hands with Malaysian education company 'Zenius Tech' and signed a business agreement (MOU) to expand the base of the robot coding education market in Southeast Asia and sign a distributor agreement.
Through the strategic partnership, the two companies will share core capabilities related to ALUX product development and production and Zenius Tech's distribution and marketing know-how. ALUX plans to pursue joint projects to expand the base of the robot coding education market in Southeast Asia.
Zenius Tech, a company established in 2017, has been supplying educational content and products to the local market for the past four years along with ALUX, verifying the marketability of ALUX products. Today, it has established itself as Malaysia's representative edutech company that built an infrastructure for training future creative talents, including robotics, education, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), creative convergence (STEAM) education, and 3D printing.
ALUX plans to use Malaysia as an outpost for overseas expansion, including Southeast Asia, and focus on expanding its base. Meanwhile, Zenius Tech expands its business through a distribution network and marketing capabilities in Southeast Asia.
Shawn, CEO of Zenius Tech, said, “ALUX is the only company that can effectively provide excellent educational content and products to Malaysia, which has a high passion for education, so we exchanged an MOU.”
He added, “Win-win growth to expand the robot coding education market in Southeast Asia.”
“I expect that we will be able to build a strategy,” he said.
Lee Da-in, CEO of ALUX, said, “The two companies will be able to maximize synergy by leading the education business in Southeast Asia together.” She added, “We look forward to a solid relationship that can expand the Southeast Asia education market.”
