ALUX (CEO Lee Chi-heon, Lee Da-in), an edutech company specializing in robots, announced on the 11th a new game-based coding robot, 'EXCITING,' as an expanded version of its core product line, 'PROBO Connect.'
The newly introduced ‘EXCITING’ is part of ALUX's core product line, PROBO Connect, and was designed to reflect the market needs for an in-depth curriculum and game-based coding content that can be enjoyed by many people. It provides a variety of content and an in-depth curriculum so that two or more people can enjoy it together in a competition format, and is also designed to enable more precise assembly and operation.
In the meantime, ALUX has not only consistently launched new products by streamlining the product production and distribution process, but has also consistently updated existing products and content to match market trends. Recently, the coding smart car 'GOCAR' application was renewed, with an added function to change the moving distance and adjust the security level according to the changes in the mobile OS version. In the first half of the coming year, the company plans to introduce a new drone model called 'Coding Rider,' which is capable of sophisticated coding flight by consolidating the strengths of existing drone models.
ALUX is the first in the industry to build its own SMT (Surface Mounting Technology) line, immediately reflecting changes in the edutech market and carrying out actual product launches and sales in one stop. As the entire process of new educational device development, production, and commercialization is carried out in-house domestically, from product planning to prototype feedback, commercialization feasibility data analysis, and follow-up management, the rapid launch of new products is made possible. In the case of EXCITING, the development, production, and commercialization process took all but 6 months to complete.
In addition, ALUX strives for quality control by conducting direct, product-related training at the head office level for branches and instructors across the country at least twice a month. It also responds immediately to requests for parts replacement with local characteristics in mind, not only in the domestic market but also when exporting products to the global market.
Lee Da-in, CEO of ALUX, said, “We are focusing on expanding new product lines by continuing to analyze market trends through on-site training and collecting feedback from stakeholders, as well as steadily improving the decision-making system for rapid new product development.
“Through our internal product mass production line, we will present a previously unseen direction and focus on launching devices that will revolutionize the entire industry,” she announced.
